Privacy notice

This notice explains what Medtech Leadgen does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address and your company. If you choose to add them, we also collect your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you include in your note.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your Reachable Buyer Map, replying with a question, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Medtech Leadgen who handle your request, and the service providers that host this site and carry our messages on our behalf. We never sell your details, rent them or trade them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the basic technical details any browser sends when it requests a file.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to imogen.brooks@medtechleadgen.co or use the contact form and tell us what you would like. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
